Carman Contracting completes flexible office remodelling project
Carman Contracting has completed the electrical installation for a newly remodelled flexible workspace at Warner House, Salisbury. In partnership with our long-standing client, Jade Aden Interiors, the project transformed two office suites into a modern workspace for Exeid Commercial.
Working to the tight three-week deadline required precise coordination with the Jade Aden Interiors team to create a flexible environment that includes meeting rooms, adaptable workspaces, and power and data provision to accommodate approximately 200 workstations.
Carman Contracting’s main scope of work involved the installation of power and data solutions and lighting enhancements. We installed structured cabling and small power to serve the 200 work stations, as well as wall and ceiling-mounted data outlets and upgrades to the electrical system. Comprehensive testing and commissioning of the power and data ensured seamless performance.
Lighting alterations included rearranging circuits to provide independent control for the kitchen, two meeting rooms and a conference room. The installation of new PIR sensors and emergency lighting in each room has improved functionality and safety.
“Completing this project under such a tight deadline required exceptional planning and teamwork,” said Rory Carman, Director of Carman Contracting. “Our continued collaboration with Jade Aden Interiors ensured we delivered to our high standards, meeting the client’s expectations.”
Ben Milsom, Project Manager at Jade Aden Interiors said, “We’ve partnered with Carman Contracting on numerous projects over the years, and their technical expertise and adaptability always stand out. When timelines are tight, we know we can rely on them.”
