Carman Contracting has started an exciting series of projects for Fit Out UK, a leading fit-out and logistics provider, as part of a comprehensive wind and watertight programme for Lloyds Banking Group.

Over the coming months, we will carry out roof repairs and façade maintenance across multiple Lloyds branches, including Blackpool, Cirencester, Durham, Preston, Sale (Manchester), Southampton and Winton. This work will help preserve the branches' structural integrity and protect them from the elements.

Progress is already well underway: in Blackpool, Carman Contracting's team has been hard at work replacing slipped, broken and missing roof tiles and installing new slate tiles and lead elements. The is to create fully sealed roofs resistant to wind and water penetration. Further up the country in Durham, we're doing remedial work on two roofs and an extensive façade renovation at the bank.
